Who I Am

All About Emily

Health and fitness have been at the core of my life for as long as I can remember. I am currently completing my degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Psychology at UW-River Falls. I have received my NASM Personal Trainer Certification. With a background in bodybuilding, I have cultivated a deep passion for helping others explore their physical potential. In an industry full of "one size fits all" mindsets, I enjoy getting to know individuals, what works best for them, and guiding them to achieve their fitness goals through personalized training, proper technique, nutrition guidance, and consistency.
