Meet the Owner - Emily Bruhn

Health and fitness have always been important in my life. I began my journey in sports and later found my passion for weightlifting. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Psychology at UW-River Falls. I have received my NASM Personal Trainer Certification. With a background in bodybuilding, I'm dedicated to helping others unlock their physical potential. I have experience in group fitness coaching and offering nutritional guidance. I take pride in working with individuals and guiding them towards their fitness goals through tailored training, proper technique, nutrition advice, and developing lasting habits. Whether your goal is to build lean muscle, enhance your functional fitness, or simply enjoy great workout, I'm here to support you!

My Approach & Strategy
Fitness is more than a workout. It's a system built around your mindset, habits, and lifestyle.
My coaching goes beyond sets and reps. While effective training and proper nutrition are essential, lasting results come from understanding the behaviors that drive your daily choices.
By combining evidence-based exercise science with principles of psychology, I help clients build sustainable habits instead of relying on motivation alone. Together, we create a plan that fits your lifestyle, develops confidence, and makes progress feel achievable.
My coaching includes:
-
Personalized training tailored to your goals and experience
-
Habit formation that creates long-term consistency
-
Strengthening mindset and confidence through small, measurable wins
-
Nutrition guidance that supports performance without unnecessary restriction
-
Accountability, education, and support throughout your journey
My Coaching Philosophy
Train with Purpose
Every workout has a reason. Your program is designed around your goals, movement quality, and long-term progress—not random workouts.
Build Better Habits
Real transformation happens both inside and outside the gym. Together we'll create routines that are realistic, sustainable, and fit your life.
Develop the Right Mindset
Progress isn't about perfection. Learning how to overcome setbacks, stay consistent, and build confidence is just as important as physical training.
